Insurance and Payment Options

We are here to help make your experience a pleasant one. As part of our service to you, we will file a claim with your dental insurance company. To do so we will ask for a copy of your insurance card and/or current insurance information. We will provide you with an estimate of your coverage from your insurance company. We will work to our best ability to obtain the maximum benefits from your insurance carrier. We strive to deliver the finest care at a reasonable cost to our patients; therefore payment of the estimated patient portion of the fee is due at the time services are rendered. After your insurance company has paid your claim, you may also be responsible for any remaining balance.

For your convenience we accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit Card and HSA Debit Cards.
